Coombs' Activity

This scene from the final step of an Indirect Coombs' Test contains no anti-Rh IgG. This most likely indicates that:

	Test serum is taken from the firstborn child of an Rh-negative mother
	Rh-negative children of this woman would be at risk of HDN.
	The baby is not Rh-positive.
	The mother has not been exposed to the Rh antigen.
